What does QCOM have to do with your status as a pseudo-lawyer arrogantly and incorrectly assessing litigation risks in a complex patent infringement case? Blowing out stupid mental diarrhea like IDCC using the ruling in the Harris case in the IDCC case against Ericsson?

ROTFLMAO!!!

You've made my day and continue to make it.

Thanks, Gussie.

Oh, you clearly lose an argument on the facts and you declare victory!

No, fool. I have given you the benefit of the doubt as relates to the facts, moron, or can't you read? Unlike you, I don't presume to know them. What I do know for a certainty is that these facts need to get walked across the evidentiary doorstep before a jury considers whether they mean anything.

You are pathetically ignorant as to how and under what circumstances the facts you tout will get cross the evidentiary door. It has been my fortune today to have you display your ignorance of the process.

Assess litigation risks? My ass! You cannot do it, bug, not even the simplest bit of it we discussed today.

I won't even pretend to understand the subtance of the case, though I'm sure you are a self-styled expert on this aspect of it, too.
