Obviously you are not a "Peace at all costs" hippie, or else you wouldn't be supporting the hunt for OBL and Al Qaeda. But what is it about Al Qaeda that makes the situation unresolvable through peaceful means? The fact that they attacked us first? Ever consider the possibility that Al Qaeda would leave us alone if America got out of the Middle East completely? If that's not a possibility, why isn't it? If it is a possibility, why aren't you arguing for it, considering it's an alternative to the violence that you so abhor? I ask again: Where do you draw the line? Tenchusatsu

Sorry for bluntness, but you are being a disingenous idiot I want to apologize now to everyone posting on this thread. It seems that I have now caused NOT ONLY ted, but also Al, to degenerate to overheated namecalling. I hope everyone will place the blame squarely where it belongs, on MY shoulders, and not on Ted's or Al's. These are decent people with good hearts, and I understand why they are doing it. They have been DRIVEN to it, and they are NOT responsible for their own actions. It is MY fault. They really do have meaningful arguments; but they are victims of "David the Mean Conservative". As a result, they say things they don't mean. I may need to take a little time off...

Alighieri Re...Sorry for bluntness, but you are being a disingenous idiot. Osama Bin Laden attacked the US. IRAQ NEVER HAS...not directly nor indirectly. In OBL's case it's self defense. In Iraq's case it's aggression and rogue behaviour. That isn't true. Saddam, and Iraq did attack our allies, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. In addition, even today Iraq is firing missiles at our planes enforcing the no fly zones, and Saddam is paying people to attack our ally Israel.
