Robert is a dedicated environmentalist and a true outdoorsman. In the seventies when he was making a lot of money starring in some of the most popular films of the day he used his moviemaking profits to buy 7,000 acres of land in Utah. He named the area Sundance after his character in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and turned it into a ranch and a Ski Resort.
