A suggestion to add to this table:

One form of TA says there is a bullish signal given when the 200 EMA is crossed upward by the 50 EMA

How about adding a column for:

50 day EMA > 200 day EMA

yes, bullish signal
no, bearish signal

Also, since it is an html file and there is plenty of room, how about adding a link to a chart showing this such as
stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyyay[pc200!c50!f][vc60][iut!Uo14!La12,26,9]&pref=G
