You are not in Isra'El making claims, if you were you would be out of line.

The coins you should keep as a memento of a by-gone period, a period brought to and end by G-d (as the story goes) for non-observance and sinfulness.

Those coins are not deeds to any land, nor a legal document.

The land of Isra'El is a form of idol worship and has little to do with carrying out the duties and responsibilities of a faith.
