I noticed something interesting today on CNBC. The chick at the nasdaq board was talking about the fact that the COMP had rallied 20% off of the October lows. I'm coming up with numbers that are a little different. I have the percentage rally from October lows to today's highs as being around 37%. Am I doing my math wrong here?
