Sounds like the Iranians better start building their fall-out shelters. I say that only half-jokingly.

Douglas,

Israel would like nothing better than to have several western countries join hands with the US, and them, against the Arab terrorist groups. So they are merely trying to join some hands, and in particular they would like the European countries to fall in their camp. Today it is pretty much just the US that strongly supports Israel.

I suspect the Moslem groups, whoever they are, will now concentrate more directly on Israel for a spell. They probably desire to take some of the world heat off, resulting from the recent Chechen and Bali affairs.

JIMHO.
