I sell a lot more stock options than I buy..
my option strategy is to complex for me to want to
explain all of it.
One thing I do ( buying or selling ) is chart
the option and it's volume first..I pass on any
I can't get at less than half the price of the majority
of the OI , and I want to sell at over twice the
price of the majority of the OI ...
But just because they may meet the above
requirement it don't trigger my action. It's
just that I rule out any that don't have a likely
market for me to unwind them on some poor
sap who is trying to average down.
And BTW just like a person who sells CCs,
I sell CPs..like going short & selling the put
at the same time.
Jim

BTW have you ever seen the action inside the
"War Room" of a large brokerage house. ?
