The Iraquis are clever communists and are hiding the weapons so the inspectors cannot find them. Everywhere the Inspectors go the weapons have been just dismantled and they are hidden somewhere else. People's homes are used as assembly points of modular weapons. The Iraquis are the only people in the world with completely colour coded modular weapons that can be snapped together like lego blocks in 15 minutes and launched from volkswagens chained together to form launching pads. Masses of citizens carry pieces of nuclear weapons in their pockets and on secret commands will make a circle and assemble a bomb. Trundling down the street are schoolchildren each with five pound missile pieces. They gather on a playground and with the slide and jungle gyms assemble a scud in the time it takes to drink a coffee. Elbonia ariseth. EC<:-}
