Yes. The investigation failed, period. It failed for the same reason most such investigations of that nature fail: What do you do after you PROVE that the sitting Senator was put there by criminal vote fabrication, and you're stuck with her for 6 years? The Democrats adopted vote fabrication because a) They can't win any other way, and b) very seldom does anyone actually go to jail for stealing elections. Landrieu has been illegitimate for 6 years, and will be tossed out by a wide margin on Saturday...
