Makes me think of a shake out.
The fluff of the DOW, S&P, Naz
Who wouda thought that this rally was for real but
it probably made many gold stock holders very
very nervous.
And who was buying all the gold stocks that were being sold?
And I will bet that as folks shorted the dow & s&p that
there were plenty of gold stocks bought from nervous people
that exited.
Is there any other reason the HUI did not land harder
then it did?

Canuck Dave,
Better than the roids it's given us the past 3 months
ROFL, indeed!

Came home for lunch again today, since I am hunting local area. Did same yesterday, took a look at the charts and committed remaining funds and small amount of margin. Went back out in woods to contemplate if I was an idiotic or talented trader, the debate of which allowed me to stay warm (PS, thanks for the cold air my Canadian friends), but the soliloquy probably scared away any game, ggg.

Today I look the talented part.

Now since I haven't spent much time watching the markets the last few days, can anyone tell me the reasons for the POG/HUI/XAU move today?

I've got to decide if I go back out or tend the screens and count profits. This looks like an interesting move today, are those breakaway gaps XAU/HUI or gaps to be filled?

Best Regards,
Roebear
