I view the drain more as a signal to the PPT - or rather the lack of an injection as the lack of a signal. Or does the maturity of the RPs actually require the selling of equities to comply?

I've been in a few of those war rooms in London, but not in NY. Not for a couple of years now and a fair few of them have disappeared recently. London house prices suffering as a result at the high end.
