Len. You said...." Allowing people who live there to form their own self-government and not impose ourselves on them. "..... That would be an ideal situation but where has it ever happened? I know that in Canada there is a movement towards self government for Native peoples. I don't fully understand what you mean by " allowing People "....who would be in a position to allow others to do something? Does what you are suggesting mean that everyone should just stay put or they should have just stayed in their land of origin? Lorne
