President Bush, who never wanted to work through the U.N. in the first place

I submit this is a vicious lie. Prove it is true.

Where have you been? It was so obvious at one point that his dad's advisors (Baker, Scowcroft) and others from his own party had to take to the nation's newspapers to urge him to seek UN approval.

Again, if it is so damned obvious, it should be easy to prove. It is a damned lie, and you are part of it.

You cannot show me one credible report of Bush expressing his preference or intent NOT to work through the UN. He did, at one time, say that it is not essential, which is a correct statement. But at no time has Bush even indicated he intended to do otherwise.

The fact that certain members of another administration shot off their mouths prematurely is immaterial. AT NO TIME DID GEORGE W BUSH INDICATE HIS DESIRE OR INTENT TO CIRCUMVENT THE UN.

The idiot liberals and their media went off half-cocked, as usual, and drew an incorrect conclusion.
