Hi Jurgis:

I remember when you bought Armhy below $2 per share. Nice going on having the discipline to wait to buy this tech stock at what may have been a sensible price. On another note, I have never seriously researched an ADR (foreign stock) before. I notice if I try to enter info for ARMHY on an Edgar search, I get nothing. Do they file financial papers with a regulatory authority in England that is comparable to SEC filings here? I have the same question for Eric regarding Nokia. What does one find the filings for these ADRs?

On another note, the IASB, International Accounting Standards Board, located in London, has proposed that stock options should be expensed on the income statements. And the entire EU appears to be progressing towards adopting IASB standards. And it looks likely that the UK will adopt IASB standards even if some other EU members do not. Hence, the potential impact on earnings from expensing stock options would be interesting to take a look at for both Armhy and Nok.
