I can say that 30% earning of previous wage is one hell of a lot better then 0% of previous wage. Looks like that guy got a lucky start. I'm targeting about the 40% region. I'm an aggressive negotiator too btw -g-

Jobs are hard to find though. I'm am on a re employment spree myself. Having lived in the USA, I learned some of that. -g-
