FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec 5, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Arland D. Dunn, Chairman of
the Board and CEO of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TEXN) announced that
it's wholly-owned subsidiary Trident Technologies, Inc. has recently concluded
sales of its ProMag magnetic leak sealing devices to some of the world's biggest
corporations. "We are pleased to have sold ProMag units in various
configurations to Bayer, Conoco, The Cabot Corporation (major chemical supplier)
and Dow Chemicals recently. The worth of Trident's products will be demonstrated
to these companies in short order," said Dunn. "Not only will that result in
more sales to these huge and successful companies, but the word will spread
among others of their kind. These sales are more than a foot in the door. They
represent an open portal to future success or impressive proportions."

Dunn added that these sales are but the beginning of a major sales effort on
behalf of Trident. "These products will earn the place they deserve in the
marketplace," said Dunn. "I am pleased to be able to report the kind of progress
these sales represent."
