There are many good scientists ..

But you wouldn't recognize them.... And PhD candidates don't just publish and orginal paper....it is a research thesis...literally a book on their research.

Animal rights ......that's not a science issue....that's an animal rights cause issue.... You don't see the difference?
You don't have to be and I doubt many scientists are active in this cause. Many support it, but many do not....but it is not a science issue. Global warming is, but you're more qualified to discuss the Theory of Relativity than Global Warming......let this issue to the experts which do not include politicians or lobbyists for industry trying to fatten their profits at the worlds expense.
