A judge would have to be fair minded and not willing to bend the law to his/her will. Tim is hardly that person. I disagree. I find Tim to be one of only a few persons on this thread who seems pretty reasonable at all times. As to fairness, surely you'll remember that he hasn't hesitated to take issue with either you or me when he thinks we're "out there". First, he is much more likely to side with you than with me.....after all, your share the same ideology so that's understandable. In fact, he may have sided with me once or twice.....max. No, I was referring to a post he made to me on his thread.......it hardly was of the type one would expect from a judge. ted
