Scientists can become politicized but not science....

Hehe. Religionists can become politicized, but not true religion.

God gives true religion its ultimate authority, despite our weaknesses. Contrariwise, there is nothing giving science its authority but human consensus, and consensus can and does change. Science is highly political - highly so. It is especially political in that as scientific priests make their declarations, they often affect markets, law and common folks who actually work for a living.

HIV and cancer are political causes????

Dear me. HIV is one of the most political of all causes, and we have myriad lobbyists from the sodomite community to prove it. Scientific declarations on HIV have been used by both sodomites and politicians to shore up votes and disparage those who suggest that it might help to limit the spread of AIDS if sodomites would stop sleeping with upwards of 300 sodomites a year and stop allowing guys to stuff their fists in their arses and stop eating feces and engaging in other consumately disgusting activities.

The doctoral CON MEN, as opposed to legitimate scientists, come to conclusions to BACK their corrupt agendas. They then go to the streets, or the media, as necessary, to cash in.

Those are YOUR KIND of scientists, and they aren't scientists at all...

No, not really. Science is a methodological search for answers. Not "changing preexisting results whenever possible..", whatever that means.

You jump to many incorrect conclusions, probably because of your lack of data and incorrect, unscientific assumptions. Your politics are blinding any objective scientific analysis.

Yes, I was a would-be scientist, but have learned to accept my fate as a lawyer and local civic leader and politician, in a liberal community that for some reason feels more secure with moderate local leadership.

Btw, you imply knowledge about my religious beliefs. What religion am I, and what are my beliefs? How did you gain such knowledge and insight?

As to my Selectric II typewriter, it sees regular use, most recently today, unlike the Leading Edge Model D and three later 386 and 486 p.c.'s which are stacked in a corner gathering dust with a variety of operating problems, not to mention obsolescence.

I'm afraid your faulty assumptions and conclusions have led you astray.

Were you, by any chance, a Democrat consultant in the 2002 Congressional elections?
