OT, howdy Ed. Did I read you skied Killington over the Holiday? Crowded? Pretty busy here at MS, but Sunday's weather was a bit cold and windy, had to hurt the numbers some..I think this weekend will be a better judge on whether or not they will come<g>( they're blowing a lot of snow, but it's been so windy I think most of it has just spread out over the valley)..Building around here has gone gangbusters, and prices have shot through the roof..I think both have peaked for awhile, and I think the banks will end up holding the bag on a number of mortgages before it's all over..a replay off past history...JMHO...CHK looked strong today, almost took the plunge yesterday, but worried they are to hedged (71%) at to low of a price for q1 (4.18 is I remember correctly)..we shall see...-2 degrees here this morning, maxed at 10 around noon, and going subzero for sure tonight (currently 6)...thank goodness I have 8 cord of wood split and stacked, thinking I may burn a good portion of it this Winter..;^)
