OT/fwiw I locked in a refi loan today for 2 and 7/8, a 1 month ARM. Maybe I'm making a mistake, but since I have a little gambler in me I thought I take Greenie up on his easy money offer, while it lasts.

Refi costs are minimal, at the outfit I'm dealing with.

I'll take the substantial savings and start buying physical, and make more, and then I'll .... well hell I'll get rich.

That made for some very inspiring reading, thank you Roebear. By a strange twist of coincidence, I watched the final episode of Gomer Pyle USMC on TV Land yesterday afternoon.... Of course, 99.7% of the Marines are brighter than Gomer. <g>
