So, just because someone can make a profit on something, it doesn't make it benign. Ignorance or willful disregard of danger didn't help the asbestos producers. It shouldn't help tobacco companies or game producers.

All three are in trouble or potentially in trouble for making products that where legal at the time they where made and either where not known to be dangerous or contained warnings about the dangers. The people who bought the cigarettes mostly knew or should have known about the problems that cigarettes cause. The tobacco companies didn't hold them down and jam cigarettes down their throats.
