Jim & Pete, re: Maybe a few but how these board members and officers are cashing in is obscene. I hate to agree with you guys. It's my humble and probably old fashioned opinion that corporate executives should be very well rewarded for their work, but not at the current levels. Traditionally, owners who risk their capital are rewarded the most for success, employee's second. Certainly the founders of a company like Intel should be made filthy rich. But the Bryants, Vadaszs, Splinters, Maloneys and Dunlaps have not contributed enough to warrant that kind of compensation. JMHO, John
