I've been watching the Dow today since this whole 8650 area is pretty important. Should it go, I think 8300 is pretty doable. The banks, also, are reaching a congestion area where they should either bounce or we get some decent down. While the inclination is to say it bounces here -- and is there anyone on this board who isn't buying??? -- there have been a fair number of breakdowns over the past few days that shouldn't be totally ignored. I also wonder if the Iraq situation isn't weighing on the market some this week after a few "everything will be fine" weeks? This might give us the bull fear/bear glee we need before a final run into MY turn date :-)

SOX is at a 50% retrace point of the up move that started Nov. 12th at 282. A 62% retrace would carry it to better support at 320 and the support line out of the Oct 10th low.
