THe likelihood of mine construction in the eyes of investors must be increasing. Of course the issue of "IF" there's going to be a mine isn't yet clear, followed by "WHEN". DeBeers could sit on Kennaday Lake, like it is on Snap Lake.

THe charts looking good. When mine is producing, share price should be many multiples of current price. But when?
