The only thing that procket has going for it is that they have a nice nest egg. My understanding is that it takes care of them for another year. But their product is at least a year away from generating any revenue.

Lizzie, There are at least a dozen players in the east that received valuations in excess of 400 million during the 1999/2000 funding frenzy. Most are either out, on the way out or have had their equity pools washed away with valuations that have likely swung too far the other way. I have heard that one local voice switch play has had a devaluation from 500 million in 2000 to 2 million this summer. they have customers and revenues...

As far as Procket is concerned, I agree with you. Tony, like Wu Fu and others should probably sit out the next year and wait for the next leg up.
