I'm a lurker of the Raptor and the P&S Death blow threads and I have to say that most of the traders on those threads are not "perma-bears" and will just as easily go long if they see "the bottom" or even "a bottom". They may not be able to call every turn in the market but have done an objective job of calling the markets, IMO. By the way, I'm still waiting for that epic-center wave 3 meltup that's been called for since the beginning of this year and all I see are "lmazzof" comments by the non-objective perma-bulls on every bear market rally.It'll happen some day I'm sure.

Actually this permabear psyche is far too prevalent on SI imo Simply a matter of what is the current dominant trend. Are you familiar with SI in the latter '90s? After all "The trend is your friend ... until the end, when it bends".<g> lurqer
