Project's this size are going to draw some fire from some "environmentalists" somewhere, but this is nothing like MAN in Peru (except like Peru the govt also owns 20% and is behind it).

Yea, anyone who thinks those Eastern European countries are necessarily "better" than China has another thing coming. Shit, look at Greece! JMO, We actually have good friends in Chicago from Romania with many tales of corruption to tell. They'd love to move back, but there's scary governmental stuff going down there despite the 'official' democracy.
