Pro-Death is more like it.

The intelligence agencies are most notable for their disregard for human life. The GOP is run by the intelligence agencies, hence the moniker "Party of Death" due to the "accidents" to the opposition, and policies that increase mortality, rather than decrease it.

The more anger and revenge, the better, whether warranted or not. The greatest profit for insiders in the US admininstration, as well as warlords worldwide, is from armed conflict and secrecy laws that allow "neutralizing" anyone anywhere anytime.
