in Sept to early October, the stock August rally got killed in Dec-January-Feb, the recent rally will get killed the big development I see coming is for both stocks and bonds soon to decline in unison e.g. together the rebalancing game can go on and on but eventually, it dont go back to bonds the bond crowd is way way too smart !!! with monetized debt with newly supplied dollars, we will cause some bond damage if not damage, then choppy flat times as stock money comes in, but smart money goes out (from watching dollar), and also foreigners will increasingly depart our financial shores in a few months, Europe will join in the monetizing desperation until then, we are alone in feeling currency heat I ignore Japan, a land of financial quicksand and stupidity by this time next year, the financial warfare waged by Islamics will be painfully clear wave your flags all you want but that doesnt change the reality of their upcoming warfare our vulnerability on the financial front is only exceeded by our border vulnerability for terrorists just walking in wave the F16's, aircraft carriers, missiles all we want they dont matter we are fighting our debts on one end and fighting a religiously inspired human virus on the other the upper wind trend is becoming clear Asians and MidEasterns are turning to a gold-centric world while Westerners are stuck in a debt-centric world the best case scenario for USA -- MOTHER OF ALL STAGFLATIONS / jim
