Hi paul_philp; Re Douglas Hamilton's article. It's cooler when they actually go to the trouble of saying that there's going to be a war starting by a particular date. I can't do anything with this one, except note, with a smile, that the ever elusive war with Iraq is postponed yet again:

"He said that if a decision to go to war were taken on December 8 it would be difficult to imagine an operation getting under way before the end of the year."
