Interesting.... Does He still advise us to stone people to death who mix two different types of thread in their clothing? (Lev.24:10-16) Is homosexuality a lesser, or a greater abomination than eating shellfish? (Lev.11:10) I know touching the skin of a dead pig makes one unclean (Lev.11:6-8), but what about football? Can we sports players get a special dispensation? Is it still OK to sell our daughters into slavery? (Exodus 21:7) Or possess slaves (both male and female) so long as they are purchased from neighboring nations? (Lev.25:44) Still OK to kill people who work on the Sabbath? (Exodus 35:2) So, exactly how many 'righteous men' are there these days, lined up stoning people as they emerge from The Gap, with their prohibited clothing? Or avoiding abomination at seafood restaurants, while negotiating the sale of their daughters over the phone?
