(1)Yes
(2)Note that XRSI1= Nasdaq 100 stocks RSI>70 minus RSI<30 when combined with $BPCOMPQ provides very interesting results, but need more time to finish data.
(3)Also, Jeff's note on AV see

shows XRSI1 staying above zero line during good up run
and below zero line during down run. That was a very interestng comment that Jeff made on AV. IMHO.
