Huey, you wrote- “Nonetheless, I have to admit that Qualcomm's overall performance across a broad spectrum of indicators has been extremely impressive to date.”

Quite an interesting observation which some come to discover when taking the time to look a little deeper into the nitty gritty.

This is some Value Line data (pro forma though) on Qualcomm going back 10 years that has impressed me. If someone had only alerted me to Qualcomm’s potential in 1991 instead of 1996. (See next post for data- still can't get tables and narrative on same post to format correctly)

You also wrote- “ What I am struggling with is what is a reasonable price to pay for QCOM (again for me) and what we can reasonably expect going forward.”

That would be a great exercise in further understanding Qualcomm. Perhaps you could research some of the prior posts on this and other Qualcomm boards which have discussed Qualcomm’s potential in quite great detail, review their many webcast presentations (verbal and charts), and prepare a detailed financial model reflecting such going out 5, 10, 15 years. I’m sure we all would be interested in your results.

Good Luck- Jim <>
