I agree with all you said. I see a few stocks out there that don't look like they should make new highs. Perhaps Lehman is one of them. I am wondering if the SOX is not another.

FWIW, there are some bullish looking charts short term as well. JNJ and PG look to be putting something together. MMM still looks like it should get a pop. Most health care, drugs and retailers looks alright too.

That ain't exactly what I would call good leadership.
