I doubt that the USSC will officially sanction liberal racism. I expect, instead, that they will find the Michigan racist admissions system unconstitutional.

If, however, they DO approve of liberal racism, that will turn back the clock on race relations by 60 years, and result in outcomes that liberals have at least publicly stated they do not want...
