His only talent is creating misery for the Palestinians and for the Israelis. What constructive thing is he capable of doing? He lacks wisdom. He probably has an IQ around 60. He turned down a great peace offer from Israel two years ago, which would have given the Palestinians their own state, peace and prosperity. If he had agreed to the peace proposal, if he was competent at all, he then could then have built on that proposal, over the years, while the Palestinians enjoyed a higher standard of living and peace. Why did he turn down the great offer from the Jews? Because he is a ruthless, ignorant, untrained, uneducated thug.
