Hey, "this China is the the next area of explosive growth for U.S. tech companies", has been going on for 4 years at least. A carrot on a string, imo, and fewer and fewer rabbits are chasing this carrot, they are getting to be wise bunnies

I basically agree with you. However, I believe Intel/AMD are the exceptions. There is really no Chinese alternative and probably won't be.

China has everything now, but they make it there, they don't buy it from outside. People who open plants there expecting to sell to the China market lose their asses. People who open plants for export but also sell a bit to China tend to make a profit.

US has nothing that Chinese couldn't do themselves...what can US do for China in return for them to buy US goods? Nothing...
