It's a shockingly large number, I heard it from the new Democratic minority leader when she was criticizing the Homeland Defense bill, after which the idiots all voted for it. I believe it includes the hundreds of thousands of private contractors that work essentially at the pleasure of the Executive Branch and its various agencies. They will all be indoctrinated as the other several million federal employees and tens of millions of gov't retirees, that Big Government is Great, the Bush League is the Source, all hail Big Government.
