What do you think about the viability of a dissertation attempting to demonstrate the inconsistency of antitrust enforcement policies in the United States: specifically, by comparing the various quantitative metrics (market share, margins, etc.) that have been cited by the DoJ in past blocking actions where corporations are concerned...versus the same (or close equivalents) where unions essentially constitute an unchallenged labor monopoly over those same industries?
