Bad news for WalMart and Target...

Mr. Moneybags Tightening His Belt This Christmas

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Wireless Flash) -- You're not the only one cutting costs this Christmas -- Mr. Moneybags is tightening his belt too.
And that means instead of just plopping down the asking price for that over-the-top Bentley or giant diamond, many millionaires will be dickering it out with sellers like a tourist in Tijuana.

Just ask Tom duPont of the wealthy duPont clan, who publishes a luxury vehicle and goods magazine, "duPont Registry."

He says although his average reader has a $350,000 income and $3.5 million net worth, they are haggling more over prices this Christmas -- aggressively.

The "duPont Registry's" annual gift guide includes some items millionaires may be hammering out deals over, including: a $20,000 watch winder; a 1967 Rolls-Royce hydroplane that's going for $125,000; and a hard-to-find new Ferrari with an asking price of almost $1.3 million.
