Russ... I noticed "Broker 39" just dumped about a 1/2 million shares of BGI -- got any comment? I'm thinking manipulation if anything.

China- Hows this for one of the problems in China.

Too many levels of government

(1) first you got your local laws and property rights

(2) Then you got your district laws and property rights

(3) then you got your national laws and property rights.

And of course you never know which law or property right supercedes which. This is compounded by a bunch of paper and verbal agreements that may or may not remove the rights or grant rights to some one else.

No debating mining laws at all... I'm saying there's shit going down in Romania that'll make your head spin. Doesn't mean the mining companies can't swim in shit... they'll have to.
