Kayaker: I don't think there are any plans to EVER have all the servers sporting correct data or working properly at the same time. I suspect hell would be frozen solid first...gg

Note I received today re my inquiry into Time & Sales option quotes...

We are in the process of rolling out changes to our options feed that dramatically increases the amount of data coming through the data feed (correcting the old "Options Bandwidth Restriction" problem.) Many servers have already been upgraded to the new feed, and we expect the remaining servers to be completed very soon.

As a result of these upgrades, the cost of storing the Bids and Asks on Time/Sales has also exponentially increased. Time and Sales now does not carry the Bid/Ask information if the option did not trade 100 contracts on the day prior. This should not affect the Bid/Ask/Best Bid/Best Ask quotes on the Charts or Quote Sheet windows, only Time and Sales.

Please note there is bug that is affecting the Quote Sheet. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible. One work-around for this problem is to close QCharts and reopen it to get the latest quote for the options that are "frozen".
