I think anybody that can increase production will be sitting in the catbird seat. But, I expect the trend will continue downward for now. From where I sit it appears the majors are playing the economy, not the prices of oil or gas. They are slowing everything down, and putting some projects on hold. This is trickling down to the service companies who are seeing their income stay flat, or decrease, in the face of high prices. It should turn soon, barring complete collapse of the world economy. At that time I think the OSX will do very well. Sharp
