The OSX chart to the 1 & 5 year storage differential tells me that E&P spending could waffle for 2-3 months before there is no doubt that prices will be above $4 for many quarters. If that is the case OSX may be in for another trip down to 80 or so as I suspect the market is discounting a rather quick recovery in the New Year. I unloaded some BJS today which I had about 2+ points on a few days ago for a wash. I am sitting now with more cash than I have had for some time. Maybe this weak general market and the mild weather coming will provide another good entry point.
