Now suddenly, you are saying there was never any hope of such compliance; that "butthead" Clinton's approach of sparing the rod and spoiling the child has turned Saddam into a 24/7 truant.

I'm referring to the THREAT of force; it is painfully obvious, however, that Saddam NEVER has responded to the threat of force and is unlikely to do so now.

ROTFLMAO ... Really Ted, you have to get over the 2000 and 2002 elections !! The Democrats
lost the "reigns of power" because the American people think the Republicans
do a better job, IMHO.
