Crossy, I was lucky enough to get out of UAHC around the $5 area. They proved the theory that with small companies one major blunder can decimate the company. They were doing pretty good expanding into Tennessee and then basically the state took them for a ride. They stuck them with a bunch of high risk/high cost patients that cost them much more than they had predicted. Now they have completely changed the company to basically be management of healthcare claims but not responsible for the claims. Not really sure what the company is worth at this point so I have stayed away. Good luck. Joe
