Selectric: Have to believe Jo controls more than 2,500 shares, he has been with JDSU (SDL) for many years. I know he sold most at the top, but 2500 shares over the last two years...is not credible. Don't forget the options he has, but has not exercised. That is a bigger issue IMO, as options are bought at some discount to (the then) market. Likely he is underwater with the bulk of them, along with the rest of the employees, with the exception of Don and Jozef, who have founders options left...maybe. Finally, lip service is better than nothing. JMHO -Own
