On the national news last night they talked about record personal bankruptcies and highlighted a TX programmer who now delivers Domino pizzas (re: counted as employed). Also, another little factoid, airline pilot layoffs; many will not be layed off, however, they will surely be given an option in the future of wage decreases OR an adios notice. The "high flying" pilots are going to have to loose a little altitude (ex: my son-in-law flys 12 days out of the month with a $100K+/yr salary).
